Seeking a Lead Guitarist

I’m looking for a lead guitarist to join as a core member and true collaborator. I need someone to help co-write and finish shaping our current tracks, as well as someone willing to bring their own original material to the table as we head into recording.

Sound & Direction

I’m mostly influenced by players who blend solid songwriting and technicality with a level of atmosphere—think Jason Truby (ex-P.O.D.), Mike Einziger (Incubus), Rabea Massaad (Vower), and Tony Perry (Pierce the Veil). Just to be clear on the direction: while I’m a Christian in my 50s, this is not a CCM project. I have zero interest in limiting our music with a religious label.

The Setup: Ideally, you’ve got a pro-level rig and a home studio for tracking.

The Location: I’m in Roseville, CA, so being local is a huge plus for chemistry, but if you’re the right fit and willing to put in the heart and effort from afar, let’s talk.

Goals

The immediate goal is to track and release a high-quality 5-song EP, plus a couple of bonus tracks.

The Audition

I’m a firm believer that an audition is a two-way street—you should be auditioning me just as much as I’m auditioning you. I’m intentionally praying for the right person to join this journey, so there’s no pressure. It’s all about the right fit.
